How it works

1. Order any full-size &Mind product on andmind.com — AM, PM, or the AM + PM set — one-time or as a subscription.
2. Take it as directed, morning and night. Give it a real try — a full month is enough to know whether it belongs in your routine.
3. Not satisfied? Email support@andmind.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. No bottles to return, no forms.

The details

• Covers your first order of full-size products on andmind.com, including the first shipment of a subscription. One guarantee refund per customer or household.
• The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered.
• You'll get back 100% of the product price you paid, to the payment method you used — including HSA/FSA cards used through Flex. Shipping charges, where they apply, are refunded when the mistake was ours.
• Our 2-day sample packs aren't covered — they're already the low-risk way to try &Mind before committing.
• Bought &Mind on Amazon, Whatnot, at an event or from another retailer? That seller's return policy applies.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included — no guarantee needed.
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your email. Your bank or HSA/FSA administrator may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• If your first order was a subscription, we'll cancel it for you when we issue the refund.
